The Platform uses market data from third-party providers including Binance. This data is provided as-is and we make no warranty about its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We are not affiliated with Binance or any other third-party data provider referenced on this Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinoos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your access to or use of the Platform, or your reliance on any information provided by the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
