We also collect information about your use of the Platform, including saved analyses, watchlist items, and settings preferences. We do not collect or store any financial account information or trading credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; to personalize your research experience; to save your analyses and preferences; to communicate with you about your account; and to ensure the security and integrity of the Platform. We do not use your information for trading purposes or share it with financial institutions.

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your saved analyses and preferences are stored on our secure servers and accessible only to you.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated research statistics with no personally identifiable information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses Binance public APIs for market data (no personal data shared), Supabase for authentication and data storage, and standard web analytics. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to cache market data and store your preferences locally on your device for performance. This data is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access all personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data; export your data in machine-readable format (available in Settings); and withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, use the data export function in Settings or contact us.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated research statistics may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
